First, we isolated an acid RNase, RNase Le2, and established the prirnary structure of this enzyme.6'7) It was a base non-specific RNase belonging to the RNase T, family. As fbr thc nuclease, in our previous paper we iselated an endonuclcases which is activatcd by Zn2'.6) The molecultir mass of this enzyrne was about 27 kDa so larjudged by SDS-PAGE.
